Why this earns an interruption
The effective time precedes a scheduled movement, and a named owner can act before dispatch. Unrelated road notices would not trigger this alert.
Close-out condition
Record the carrier’s validated plan and the client’s dispatch decision. If no validated plan is available at the agreed cut-off, escalate the unresolved dependency to the logistics lead. This example provides no real routing or load authorization.
Confidence and limits
High that the demo notice and planned route intersect; low on shipment compatibility until the carrier checks the vehicle, load and restriction.
