SMS Terms and Conditions

The program

Silex Strategic Group LLC provides optional non-marketing texts for clients and authorized recipients of operational and security monitoring services. Messages may include relevant weather, transportation and security updates, engagement updates, and responses to inquiries. Enrollment alone does not purchase or activate a paid monitoring service.

Consent and enrollment

To request enrollment, complete the optional SMS consent checkbox on our consent form, sign and date it, and return it as described on the Client SMS page. By affirmatively opting in, you authorize Silex Strategic Group LLC to send recurring automated texts to the mobile number you provide for this program. You must control that number and tell us if it changes.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. Silex verifies the recipient and engagement before activation. Activation is subject to program availability and separate confirmation.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with monitored conditions and your engagement. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Contact your carrier with questions about those charges.

Stop or resume messages

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive an opt-out confirmation. To request resubscription, review the current disclosures and reply START. Resubscription does not create an engagement; eligibility and activation requirements still apply. You may also email us to withdraw consent.

Delivery and operational limits

Messages may be delayed, interrupted, or undelivered. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This program provides decision support, not emergency dispatch, continuous emergency monitoring, or a guarantee that all hazards will be detected. Do not rely on SMS as your sole emergency notification channel. Call 911 for emergencies.

Privacy and updates

Read our Privacy Policy for information about data use and messaging preferences. Changes to these terms will be reflected here with a revised version date. Material changes to the scope of messaging may require renewed consent before the new messages are sent.
